Tools and strategies for finding information, organizing information, and retaining information are discussed. Additionally, barriers to effective information management are outlined with tips for how to avoid these stumbling blocks.

- Describe the process of feature matching to generate and select solutions for challenges in information management within the WATI AT assessment process.
- Define and understand the components of information management, including finding information, organizing information (tools and strategies), and retaining information as outlined in this module.
- Describe available tools (e.g., tabs, sticky notes, index cards, study guides, and applications to boost information management) discussed in this module.

Fiona Bessey-Bushnell, OTR/L, ATP
Fiona Bessey-Bushnell is the Coordinator of Assistive Technology (AT) for Chesterfield County Public Schools Virginia. Fiona received her Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) where she currently an adjunct faculty member. She has 16 years of experience in AT and her duties include performing comprehensive AT evaluations and designing, planning and implementing professional development district wide. Fiona is certified as a Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology Society of North America (RESNA) Assistive Technology Professional (ATP). She is a leader on local and national committees and presents at conferences about AT.
